Mike Pepper has been a resident of the Tampa Bay area since 1987. His Tampa sports career began as a goalkeeper for the USF Bulls soccer team from 1987-89. He then played for the Tampa Bay Rowdies from 1990-93 and the Tampa Bay Cyclones in 1995.
In 1996 Mike switched sports to football as a punter/kicker and had short lived stints as practice camp fodder for several NFL teams and the Tampa Bay Storm. He began his sports radio career in 2000 with 1010 and has been the sideline reporter for USF Football since 2001. He has also done sideline reporting for the Outback Bowl.
